Bandsaw Cutting

Accurate section and bar cutting to ±0.5 mm with bi-metal blades for solid, hollow and profiled stock.

Our semi-automatic and CNC bandsaw machines cut bar, tube, solid sections and structural profiles to precise lengths. Bi-metal blades handle everything from mild steel round bar to stainless flat bar and aluminium extrusions. Programmable feed and vice pressure ensure consistent cut quality across batch runs. Mitre cuts from 0° to 60° available on most sections without secondary machining.
