Two-pack epoxy and polyurethane systems with Sa 2.5 blast prep — corrosion protection from primer to topcoat in-house.

Liquid painting with 2-pack epoxy primers, MIO intermediate coats and polyurethane topcoats provides the highest level of corrosion protection for industrial structures, offshore equipment and chemical plant. Parts are shot-blasted to Sa 2.5 before painting in our controlled-environment spray booths. Dry-film thickness (DFT) is measured and recorded on every batch. Full paint system documentation supplied with each order.
