Durable colour in 5000+ RAL shades with 7-stage pre-treatment and 500+ hour salt-spray resistance.

In-house powder coating line with iron-phosphate pre-treatment, zinc-primer undercoat and a walk-in oven handles parts up to 3 m long. Our 7-stage pre-treatment includes degreasing, rinsing, and a sealer stage. Corrosion resistance to GSS-approved AAMA 2604, with 500+ hours salt-spray resistance. Textured, gloss, satin, and matt finishes available.

Yes — we accept RAL, BS, NCS or Pantone references and mix to match. A sample panel is produced before batch production.
Parts pass through a 7-stage iron-phosphate bath followed by a sealer rinse before the booth — this is the minimum required for outdoor corrosion resistance.
Our standard polyester powder exceeds 500 hours salt spray, equivalent to 5–7 years coastal exposure. Epoxy-polyester hybrids are available for even higher durability.
