MIG / MAG Welding

High-deposition welding for structural work — carbon, stainless, aluminium with pulse capability and robotic cells.

Manual and robotic MIG/MAG welding on carbon steel, stainless and aluminium. High deposition rates (up to 8 kg/hr) make it the workhorse for structural fabrication, frames and assemblies requiring consistent fillet and butt welds. Pulse MIG reduces spatter for better finish. WPS/PQR available per ASME IX or ISO 15614.

MIG / MAG Welding

Materials

  • Mild Steel (IS 2062, ASTM A36)
  • Low-Alloy Steel (SAILMA, Hardox)
